l Tracey Harald Hurd, 20, of Portales, and Danielle Janette Gruss, 21, of Clovis.

l Gildaro Cano, 27, and Angelica M. Ward, 27, both of Portales.

The following dispositions were recently filed in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:
l David Silva Jr., 19, found guilty of concealing identity and public affray. He will serve six months of unsupervised probation. He was given credit for 92 days of pre-sentence confinement.

l Chris Hill, 25, found guilty of issuance of worthless checks and is ordered to pay restitution to the company in the amount of $86.97.

l Sonia Olivas, 24, found guilty of issuance of worthless checks and is ordered to pay restitution to the company in the amount of $303.36.
l Mario Dela Vega, 18, found guilty of graffiti and will serve 182 days of supervised probation.

l Andy Pena, 23, found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and a stop sign violation. He will serve 90 days of supervised probation.

l Clay Ainsworth, 24, found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, defective tail lights and open container. Ainsworth will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

The following dispositions were recently filed in Roosevelt County District Court:
l Clay Frank Dannelley, 20, found guilty of trafficking by manufacturing and will serve three years of supervised probation.

l Jimmy D. Newell (aka Richard Little), 43, found guilty of two counts of criminal sexual penetration in the second degree (children 13 to 18 years of age). Newell will serve eight years in the Department of Corrections and five years of supervised probation.
