The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:
• Michael Lopez, 22, found guilty of issuance of worthless checks and will serve two years of supervised probation.
• Robert Baker, 20, found guilty of probation violation on original charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and will serve one year in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, followed by one year of supervised probation.
• Dwayne Alton Davis, 21, found guilty of distribution of marijuana, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
• Marcos Ramos, 22, found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, receiving stolen property, residential burglary, forgery and will serve 1 1/2 years in the RCDC followed by five years of supervised probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:
• Brad Shober, 20, found guilty of probation violation and will serve 4 days in the RCDC and continue supervised probation per original conditions.
• Jason Couch, 21, found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.
• Judith Dye, 22, found guilty of speeding, open container and driving on revocation and will serve 7 days in the RCDC followed by 357 days of supervised probation.
• Albert Narro, 42, found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and will serve 364 days in the RCDC.
• Jose Munoz, 35, found guilty of aggravated driving while intoxicated and will serve two days in the RCDC followed by 88 days of supervised probation.
• Gabriel Morin, 25, found guilty of battery against a household member and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
• Jose Velasquez, 59, found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of liquor and will serve 90 days in the RCDC followed by 274 days of supervised probation.
• Jennifer Bradley, 22, found guilty of use of telephone to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
• Ted Roybal, 19, found guilty of battery against a household member and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
