The following marriage certificates were recently issued in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:
— Richard Lee Tomlison, 27, and Jacquelyn Gardiner, 20, both of Portales.
— Ronald Pace, 34, and Amanda Mosqueda, 28, both of Portales.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court:
— Joseph Ornelas, 23, found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, resisting/evading/obstructing an officer and driving while license suspended or revoked and two counts of battery on a household member. Ornelas is ordered to serve six months and four days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, followed by five years of probation with the adult probation/parole office.
— Daniel McCarty, 31, found guilty of aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug, driving while license suspended or revoked, no insurance and speeding and will serve 90 days in the RCDC, followed by 274 days of supervised probation for the first count and four days in the RCDC, followed by 360 days of supervised probation to the second count.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:
— Bobby Martin, 21, found guilty of driving on revocation and careless driving and will serve seven days in the RCDC, followed by 357 days of supervised probation.
— Matthew Bell, 20, found guilty of minor in possession of alcohol and open container and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
— Bobby Madrid, 36, found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, driving on suspension, driving left of center and no insurance and will serve four days in the RCDC, followed by 360 days of supervised probation.
— Nicole Degroot, 18, found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
— Terence Sharpe, 23, found guilty of driving on suspension, no registration and no insurance and is ordered to clear driver’s license and provide proof to court within 30 days.
— Lisa Lopez, 23, found guilty of criminal trespass and will serve six months of unsupervised probation.
— Phillip Hammons, 18, found guilty of possession of marijuana, less than one ounce and is ordered to pay $192 in court fees.
— Cynthia Lucero, 26, found guilty of failure to use safety belts and no driver’s license and will serve 90 days of unsupervised probation.
