Nov. 28 Dora School News

Dora students were dismissed at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday for the Thanksgiving holiday.

School on Tuesday
After a week off, all classes will resume Tuesday morning. There are only 13 more days of school until Christmas break on Dec. 7.

Lunch tickets
These are due on Wednesday.

Book fair
The book fair is being held in the school library through Dec. 10.

The varsity boys and girls are competing this upcoming weekend in a tournament in Clayton. The tournament runs through Saturday.
The junior high boys and girls play Dec. 6 at Elida, starting at 5:30 p.m.

Detention makeup
Dec. 6 is the last day to make up excessive absentee and tardy days for the semester.

December birthdays
Dec. 1, Kelli Merrick; 2, Kylee King; 8, Kaitlan Phillips; 9, Eric Perry; 10, Katoona Mullins and Sky Cathey.

There is no school on Monday, but there are basketball games in Dora. The tatum varsity boys and girls will come to Dora and start at 4:30 p.m.

The semester finals start Dec. 13 and continue throughout the week.

Elementary program
The Christmas program will be Dec. 16 at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium. Registration for Little Dribblers will take place after the program.

School board
There is a regular board meeting Dec. 13 at 8 p.m. at the auditorium.
