The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:

• Jose Navarrete, 19, pled no contest to aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (first offense) and will serve two days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center followed by 364 days of supervised probation.

• Manuela Moreno, 33, pled no contest to battery and will serve six months of supervised probation.

• David Enns-Peters, 22, pled no contest to aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquors/drugs and open container and will serve two days in the RCDC, followed by one year of supervised probation.

• Ben Jones, 42, pled no contest to no driver license and speeding and was ordered to pay fines.

• Sanford Long, 25, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, to-wit: less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

• Kimberly Hanna, 20, pled guilty to battery on a household member and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

• Miguel Campos, 21, pled guilty to aggravated driving (first offense) and will serve two day in the RCDC, followed by 88 days of supervised probation.

• Joel Dotson, 42, pled guilty to issuance of worthless checks and was ordered to pay fines.

• Kasey Carnes-Fraser, 19, pled guilty to possession of marijuana, less than one ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to serve 364 days of supervised probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

• Jose Valdez, 45, pled no contest to embezzlement over $100 and was ordered to pay restitution and fines.

• Lindsey Ruiz, 20, pled no contest to probation violation and was ordered to continue to probation.

• Leo Martinez, 40, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine (a fourth degree felony) and possession of marijuana and was ordered to serve 18 months of supervised probation.

• Michael Baros, 34, pled guilty to forgery and is ordered to serve five years of supervised probation.

• Arturo Ramirez, 25, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, cocaine and fraud (more than $250) and is ordered to serve two years in the RCDC, followed by three years of supervised probation.

• Martha Higdem, 21, pled guilty to forgery and was ordered to serve four years in a department of corrections.

The following marriage certificates were recently issued in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

• Thomas DeWitt, 39, and Sherri Lucero, 37, both of Portales.

• Carlos Carrillo, 19, and Maria Exiga, 18, both of Portales.
