The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Judicial Court:

• Pedro Chavez, 56, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug, driving while license revoked and is ordered to serve 30 days incarceration followed by 364 days supervised probation, place an ignition lock on any vehicles driven by him for the term of probation and shall not drive unless properly licensed.
• William Lawrence Duar, 33, was convicted of embezzlement over $250 and is ordered to serve 18 months supervised probation, pay all probation costs, provide a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.
• Armando Galvan, 47, pleaded guilty to kidnapping, criminal sexual penetration (three counts), assault with intent to commit a violent felony and is ordered to serve 30 years incarceration followed by no less than five years supervised parole. Galvan will be required to register as a sex offender upon release, will be required to submit a DNA sample and pay the $100 testing fee. Credit will be given for 349 days pre-sentence confinement.
• Michael Wilson, 38, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug and is ordered to serve six months incarceration followed by one year supervised probation, pay all fees and fines and allow an ignition interlock device to be placed on any vehicle he may drive. Credit will be given for 151 days pre-sentence confinement.
