The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court:
l Steven Cooper, 51, pleaded guilty to aggravated DWI and is ordered to serve 364 days with 274 days suspended, pay $965 i nfines and serve one year of supervised probation.
l Adrian Munoz, 22, pleaded guilty to public affray and is ordered to serve a 182-day suspended sentence, serve 182 days of unsupervised probation and pay $67 in fees.
l Matilde Mendoza, 33, pleaded guilty to public affray and is ordered to serve a 182-day suspended sentence, serve 182 days of unsupervised probation and pay $67 in fees.
l Crystal Hunt, 27, pleaded guilty to aggravated DWI and is ordered to serve 364 days in jail, with 356 days suspended, complete 48 hours of community service, install an interlock device on any vehicle accessible to her for one year, serve 356 days supervised probation and pay $715 in fines.
l Cresta Davis, 34, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence and is ordered to serve 364 days of supervised probation, install an interlock device on any vehicle accessible to her for one year and pay $515 in fines.
l Valentine Sotelo, 23, pleaded guilty to aggraved DWI and resisting/evading/obstructing an officer and was ordered to serve 454 days in jail, with 422 days suspended, pay $762 in fines and serve one year of supervised probation.
l Jeremiah Sampson, 24, pleaded guilty to probation violation, and is ordered to serve 90 days in jail.
l Ysidro Gonzales, 24, pleaded guilty to driving on revocation and is ordered to serve 364 days in jail, with 357 days suspended, serve 357 days of supervised probation and pay $375 in fines.
l Deonte Johnson, 24, was found guilty of driving while under the influence and was ordered to serve a 90-day suspended sentence and one year of supervised probation and pay $215 in fines.
l Larry Harris, 30, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, no driver’s license, no insurance, tail lamps and roadways laned for traffic and is ordered to serve a 180-day suspended sentence, serve one year of supervised probation, perform 48 hours of community service and pay $655 in fines.
l Eliseo Castillo, 24, pleaded guilty to battery on a household member and is ordered to serve a 364-day suspended sentence, serve 364 days of supervised probation, complete an intervention program and pay $67 in fines.
l Patricio Ortegon, 33, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and is ordered to serve a 364-day suspended sentence, serve 364 days of supervised probation and pay $267 in fines.
l Rodolfo Baldivia, 25, pleaded guilty to resisting/evading/obstructing an officer and is ordered to serve a 364-day suspended sentence, serve 364 days of supervised probation and pay $57 in fines.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in district court:
l Jessika Sigala, 21, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit larceny and is ordered to serve 18 months supervised probation, pay all probation costs, provide a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.
l Cosme Vicuna, 37, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and driving with a suspended or revoked license and is ordered to serve 18 months and 365 days, with 12 months and 364 suspended in favor of supervised probation, install an interlock ignition on any vehicle accessible to him for one year and pay $1,300 in fines and all probation costs.
l Joshua Quebe, 22, pleaded guilty to possession of anabolic steroids and is ordered to serve one year of supervised probation, perform 30 hours of community service and enter into alcohol/substance abuse screening.
