The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Judicial Court:
l Ivey L. Lesley, 45, was found guilty of violating conditions of probation and is ordered to serve 2 years imprisonment with no parole.
l Isiah Kazeem Waiters, 25, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug, driving while license suspended or revoked and is ordered to serve one year imprisonment followed by one year supervised probation, place an ignition device on any cars that he may drive, pay all probation costs, provide a DNA sample and pay a $100 testing fee.
The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Magistrate Court:
l Marcus Ortiz, 20, pleaded guilty to resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and is ordered to serve 364 days supervised probation, pay all fines, attend the Aspen program, undergo and comply with recommendations of drug and alcohol screening, write a letter of apology to the officer, submit a DNA sample and pay the $100 testing fee.
l Leoy Pena, 41, pleaded no contest to battery on a household member and is ordered to serve 364 days supervised probation, attend the Aspen program, complete a batterer’s intervention program, and pay all fees.
l Cristobal Marquez Jr., 36, pleaded no contest to drivers license suspended or revoked and is ordered to serve 364 days supervised probation, not to consume or associate with anyone consuming alcohol for 60 days and pay all fees.
l Calvin Parks, 41, pleaded no contest to driving on revoked license and is ordered to serve seven days in the Roosevelt Detention Center followed by 357 days supervised probation, not to consume or associate with anyone consuming alcohol for 60 days and pay all fees.
l Stephen Fortner, 29, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to maintain traffic lanes and is ordered to serve 90 days in jail and pay all fines.
l Joe Mirabal, 18, was found guilty by a jury of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and is ordered to serve 364 days supervised probation, pay all fines, attend the Aspen program, pay all probation costs and fines.
