AARP to meet Wednesday
The Roosevelt County chapter of the American Association of Retired Persons will meet at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Community Room at Golden Acres. The meeting is open to the public. This will be an important business meeting, according to organizer Mercedes Agogino. A board meeting will precede the business meeting at 1:30 p.m.
George and Millie Lees will present a travelogue on their trip to Alaska.

Art Faculty Exhibit opens
The Art Faculty Exhibit is open in the Runnels Gallery at Eastern New Mexico University’s Golden Library through Dec. 1. Those exhibiting work are Catherine Jennings, Yunsun Chung-Shin, Mic Muhlbauer
Mary Finneran, Todd Scalise, Greg Senn, Ken Leap and Greg Erf.

Arch Thanksgiving supper Thursday
The annual Arch community Thanksgiving supper will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Arch Community Center.
Everyone is welcome. Those attending are asked to bring a large salad or vegetable dish and dessert.
