The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in district court:
• Michael Lovering, 40, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana and is ordered to serve 364 days of supervised probation.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in magistrate court:
• Jessica Aguilar, 24, was found guilty of reckless driving and is ordered to serve a 90-day suspended sentence and pay $75 in fines.
• Roberto Jimenez, 21, pleaded guilty to minor in possession of alcohol and is ordered to serve a 364-day deferred sentence and 364 days probation, enter the ASPEN program, complete 30 hours of community service and pay $67 in fines.
• Angel Arenivas, 19, pleaded guilty to aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, open container and restriction on lamps and is ordered to serve a 90-day sentence (88 days suspended) and a year of probation, complete DWI school, install an interlock ignition device, attend the ASPEN program, complete 48 hours of community service, attend a M.A.D.D. victim impact panel and pay $360 in fines.
• Alejandro Alvarado, 21, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence and is ordered to serve a 90-day suspended sentence and one year probation, attend the ASPEN program, complete DWI school, attend a M.A.D.D. victim impact panel and pay $515 in fines.
• Reydesel Calderon, 42, pleaded guilty to driving on revocation and is ordered to serve a 364-day sentence (357 days suspended) and 357 days probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $375 in fines.
• Joseph Sanchez, 28, pleaded no contest to shoplifiting and is orered to serve a six-month suspended sentence and six months probation, attend the ASPEN program and pay $167 in fines.
