• Westen Stroup, 21, of Portales, to Heather Rene Bartley, 20, of Portales.

The following court determinations were filed this week in Roosevelt County District Court.

• Greg Sena entered a plea of no contest to the charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He was placed under supervised probation for 18 months and was ordered to pay fines.

• Dennis Gallegos, 48, entered a plea of guilty to the charges of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and driving without insurance. He was ordered to be incarcerated for six months and one year of supervised probation. He was ordered to pay fines and to place an ignition interlock device on any vehicle driven by him for the term of his life.

• Jack Aubuchon, 77, entered a plea of guilty to two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor. He was ordered 5 years of supervised probation.

• Cecilia Montoya, 53, entered a plea of no contest to the charge of attempted child abuse. She was ordered 18 months of supervised probation.

The following court determinations were filed this week in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court.

• Isidro Lovato entered a plea of guilty to the charge of resisting, evading or obstructing on officer. He was ordered to pay fines and one year of supervised probation.

• Kris Key entered a plea of no contest to the charge of fishing with more than one pole. He was ordered to pay fines.

• Gregg Salas entered a plea of guilty to the charge of concealing identity. He was ordered 182 days of supervised probation and to pay fines.

• Gregg Salas entered a plea of guilty to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered 30 in the Roosevelt County Detention Center and 334 days of supervised probation.

• Randolph McGee, 54, was found guilty of driving with a revoked license and speeding. He was ordered 60 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center and 304 days of supervised probation.

• Nathan Nixon, 22, entered a plea of guilty to the charge of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He was ordered four days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center and two years of supervised probation. He was ordered to have an ignition interlock device installed on any and all motor vehicles he has acces to for a period of two years.
