The following dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Magistrate Court. According to the reports:
• Sandra Sanchez, 39, pleaded guilty to the charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (third offense) and driving while license suspended or revoked, was ordered to serve three years probation, enter into and successfully complete a 28-day in-patient, residential or in-custody treatment program, or not less than a 90-day out-patient treatment program, install an ignition interlock device on any and all motor vehicles she has access to for a three-year period, attend ASPEN program, complete 96 hours of community service, and pay court fees and fines.
• Jorge Castillo, 22, pleaded guilty to the charge of driving on a suspended drivers license, was ordered 364 days deferred sentencing and to get driver’s license reinstated within six months and show proof to the court, and pay court fees and fines.
• Orlando Lopez, 18, pleaded guilty to the charge of no driver’s license and no insurance, was ordered to serve 90 days unsupervised probation and pay court fees and fines.
• Sara Kraft, 21, pleaded no contest to the charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (first offense), was ordered to serve supervised probation, complete DWI school, install an ignition interlock device on any and all vehicles for a period of one year, attend the ASPEN program, complete 48 hours of community service and pay court fees and fines.
