Magistrate Court

The following dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:

—Amanda Luna, 18, pleaded no contest to the charge of possession of marijuana, less than one ounce, was ordered to serve 90 days unsupervised probation and pay court fees and fines.

—Aimie Constantapoulos, pleaded guilty to the charge of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs (first offense), was ordered to serve one year supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, attend DWI school, complete 48 hours of community service, and have an ignition interlock device installed on any and all motor vehicles for a period of one year, and pay court fees and fines.

—Kelly Griffith, 19, pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, was ordered to serve 364 days supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, and alcohol/drug screening and pay court fees and fines.

—Quentin Alcorn, 21, pleaded no contest to the charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicating drugs or liquor (first offense) was ordered to serve one year supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, complete DWI school, complete 24 hours of community service, install an ignition interlock device on any and all vehicles for a period of one year, and pay court fees and fines.
