The following is a sampling of calls received by the Portales Police Dispatchers during the past week. According to reports:

Friday
• At 3:44 a.m., a caller reported a truck had been broken into in the 900 block of East Canadian.

Saturday
• At 8:47 a.m., a caller reported his vehicle had been broken into in the 300 block of West University.
• At 7:35 p.m., a caller advised that an older model vehicle had left the area of Lindsey Park and someone inside was brandishing a gun at people.

Sunday
• At 11:33 p.m., a caller reported a gun had been stolen from his vehicle in the 900 block of West 16th Street.
• At 3:31 p.m., a caller reported her car had been broken into and her purse stolen in the 1600 block of South Avenue H.

Monday
• At 6:40 a.m., a caller reported a break in at his business located in the 700 block of East First Street.

Tuesday
• At 12:29 a.m., a caller reported two or three males where on the roof of a building on North Chicago, catching birds in a net and pulling their heads off.
• At 4:07 a.m., a caller reported she is a janitor at a bank and someone is banging on the back door.

Wednesday
• At 9:47 a.m., a caller reported her vehicle had been egged in the 400 block of South Avenue A.
• At 5:30 p.m., a caller reported that money had been stolen from a residence located in the 600 block of Wylie Cox Circle.
• At 6:31 p.m., a caller reported that a welder had been stolen from the area of N.M. 467.
• At 8:59 p.m., a caller reported someone was possibly trying to break into their home located in the 200 block of North Knoxville.
