Q. Describe what your job entails?
A. Checking out movies, cleaning them, categorizing and labeling, checking movies in, checking for scratches, put movies back on the shelves. Dealing with late fees by calling people and checking the shelves for the movies, in the event we mess up. Selling movies, helping customers and having fun.
Q. What is a typical day on the job like for you?
A. Really there’s no typical day, there’s always something new.
Q. Why did you choose this job?
A. I heard that she (Peggy Goolsby) was a good boss. My husband worked here for three years and she needed some help and I had helped before, so I just kind of took his spot.
Q. What type of training do you need for your job?
A. You need to know numbers, reading and writing and typing skills.
Q. What do you enjoy most about your job?
A. I enjoy the customers, most of the time. I love my boss and my co-workers. It’s very fun working here and very stress-free. Plus I love movies.
