Nov. 18, 2007 Magistrate Court Dispositions

The following dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:
• Anthony Duarte, 32, pleaded no contest to the charges of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs (1st), stop sign violation and speed regulation, and was ordered to serve one year supervised probation, attend ASPEN Program, complete DWI School, complete 24 hours of community service, have an ignition interlock device installed on any and all vehicles for a period of one year and pay court fees and fines.
• Michael Mariano, pleaded no contest to the charge of driving on suspended driver’s license, and a sentence was deferred/dismissed for 364 days unsupervised with conditions: To reinstate driver’s license and show proof to court within 60 days.
