12-16 Magistrate Dispositions

The following dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:

• Matthew Villalobos, 19, pleaded no contest to the charge of possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and was ordered to pay court fines and fees.

• Lalo Aranda pleaded guilty to the charge of public nuisance and was ordered to pay court fines and fees.

• Alberto Esquivel, 26, pleaded guilty to the charge of aggravated battery on a household member and was sentenced to a jail term of 28 days and 336 days of supervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.

• David Aranda, 33, was convicted of the charge of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs (first offense) and turning movements and required signals and safety belt use required and sentenced to a jail term of two days and one year of supervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Juan Barron, 24, pleaded guilty to the charges of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs (first offense), reckless driving and no insurance and was sentenced to a jail term of two days, to one year of supervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Chance Carter, 20, pleaded guilty to the charges of driving on a suspended driver’s license and dazzling taillamps and was sentenced to pay all court fines and fees.

• Clinton Dawson, 33, pleaded no contest to the charge of battery amended from aggravated battery upon a household member and was sentenced to 182 days of unsupervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Dean Wilson, 43, pleaded guilty to the charges of possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to pay all court fines and fees.

• Charles Nash, 22, pleaded guilty to the charge of driving on a suspended driver’s license and is ordered to pay all court fines and fees.

• Veronica Hernandez, 20, pleaded guilty to the charges of driving on a suspended license and no insurance and ordered to pay all court fines and fees.

• Tennille Chee, 31, pleaded guilty to the charge of aggravated battery, amended from battery on a household member, and was sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Dustin Davis, 32, pleaded no contest to the charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (second offense) and was sentenced to a jail term of four days, to two years of supervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Miguel Serna, 32, pleaded guilty to the charges of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (first offense), stop sign violation, open container and no driver’s license and was sentenced to a jail term of two days, to one year of supervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Amy Charley, 36, pleaded guilty to the charge of driving while license suspended or revoked and was sentenced to a jail term of seven days, to 357 days of supervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Ariam Perez, 21, pleaded no contest to the charges of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (first offense), open container, stop sign violation, no insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty and was sentenced to one year of supervised probation and to pay all court fines and fees.
