1-27-08 Magistrate Court

The following dispositions were filed in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court recently. According to the documents:
• Tyrie Graham, 21, pleaded guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs (first offense) and was ordered to serve one year of supervised probation, to attend the ASPEN program as well as to complete a DWI school, must submit to alcohol/drug screenings, must use an ignition interlock device for a period of one year, and must complete 24 hours of community service and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Andrew Castillo, 20, pleaded no contest to the charge of criminal trespass. He was found guilty and ordered to serve one year of supervised probation, must attend the ASPEN program and must pay all court fines and fees.

• Fidel Retana, 21, pleaded no contest to criminal trespass and possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). He was found guilty and ordered to serve one year of supervised probation, must attend the ASPEN program and to pay all court fines and fees.

• Dominic Morin, 23, pleaded no contest to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs (first offense), and suspended driver’s license (not for DWI). He was found guilty and ordered to serve one year of supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, complete DWI school, submit to alcohol/drug screening, use an ignition interlock device and pay all court fines and fees.
