Magistrate Court Dispositions Aug. 17, 2008

The following dispositions have been filed in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court. According to the reports:

• Kendra Mathews, 30, pleaded guilty to the charges of open container, no drivers license and defective tail lamps. She was sentenced to pay court costs and fees.

• Ulysses Gonzales, 19, pleaded guilty to the charges of no seat belt and littering. He was sentenced to pay court costs and fees.

• Jarrad Doerr, 24, was found guilty of the charge of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (first offense). He was sentenced one year of supervised probation, ordered to attend an ASPEN program, complete community service, have an ignition interlock device installed on a vehicle and pay court costs and fees.

• Laura Thompson, 46, pleaded guilty to the charge of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (third offense). She was sentenced to three years of supervised probation, ordered to attend an ASPEN program, complete community service, have an ignition interlock device installed on a vehicle and pay court costs and fees.

• Esequiel Cordova, 22, pleaded guilty to the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and concealing identity. He was sentenced to one year supervised probation and must pay court costs and fees.

• Jason Martinez, 20, pleaded guilty to the charges of leaving the scene of an accident, immediate notice of an accident, careless driving and obedience to any required traffic control devices. He was sentenced to 270 days supervised probation, ordered to attend an ASPEN program and pay court costs and fees.
