What does your job entail? We help people store away their items and answer questions. We are one of the only gated storage areas in town with a 24 hour access. My biggest job is simply customer service.
What is a typical day like for you? We don’t have typical days here. It’s always different. I come in and take care of billing and paperwork. I also help customers rent storage and sell packaging and shipping suppplies.
Why did you choose this job? It was just a good source of income and I wanted a challenge.
What type of training, if any, do you need for this job? One would need basic computer and customer service skills. Much of the training you just learn in the business.
What do you enjoy most about your job? Every day is different. There is always something unique going on here.
