• Sam Villanueva, 48, was found guilty of driving on a suspended/revoked driver license. He was ordered to serve 357-days suspended sentence to Roosevelt County Dentention Center to serve a 7-day jail term, attend ASPEN program, supervise probation for 357-days and pay court costs and fees.

Monday

• Christian Putzier, 24, was found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (1st). He was given 88-days suspended sentence. leaving a 2-day jail term to be served at RCDC, one year probation with DWI compliance office, attend ASPEN program, DWI School, 24 hours of community service and pay court cost and fees.

• Adrian Allen, 20, was found guilty of being a minor allowing self to be served. He was given supervised probation for one year, attend ASPEN program, 30 hours of community service and pay court costs and fees.

• Robert Armijo, 42, was found guilty of harboring a potentially dangerous dog. He was ordered to pay court cost and fees.

• Joseph Sanchez, 30, was found guilty of battery on a household member. He was sentenced to 364-days suspended sentence, leaving 30-days jail term at RCDC, supervised probation for 334-days, attend ASPEN program, Batterer’s Intervention Program and pay court costs and fees.
