• 6-9 p.m. Centennial Street Fair, Main Street between Second and Fourth Streets.

Wednesday:

• 10:30 a.m. Hispanic-themed Storytime, Portales Public Library.

Thursday:

• 5:30 p.m. Buffalo Soldiers, Portales Public Library.

Friday:

• 5 p.m. Branding Iron Party, Portales Public Library.

• 6:30 p.m. Christian Country Jamboree, City Park

• 7 p.m. Mixed League Softball Tournament (preregistration required), City of Portales Softball Complex

Saturday:

• 8 a.m. MainStreet Fun Run, Yam Theater at 219 S. Main St.

• 9 a.m. Antique, Collectable and Classic Car Show, City Park

• 9:30 a.m. Jackpot Barrel Race exhibitions (preregistration required), Roosevelt County Fairgrounds

• 10 a.m. Parade from Eastern New Mexico University down U.S. 70, Avenue O, Second Street and Abilene Street to City Park; Heritage Days geocaching (preregistration required), participants locate GPS coordinates

• 10:30 a.m. Booths open, Memorial Building and City Park; Bluegrass Instruments Workshops, City Park

• Noon. Musical Variety Show, City Park; Mixed League Softball Tournament (preregistration required), City Park

• 2 p.m. Jackpot Barrel Race open (preregistration required), Roosevelt County Fairgrounds

• 3 p.m. Car show ends; Gospel Grass begins, City Park

• 4 p.m. Inside booths close; music stops

• 6:30 p.m. Christian Country Jamboree, City Park
