Police Blotter — May 2

The following is a sampling of calls that were made to police dispatch from Wednesday through Friday.

Wednesday

• At 12:40 a.m. in the 900 block of East Canadian, an officer requested a case number for auto burglary.

• At 1:21 a.m. a caller in the 1000 block of West University requested an officer in reference to burglary.

• At 1:51 a.m. a caller in the 400 South Avenue G requested an officer, as a subject was trying to break in their home and would not go away.

• At 5:31 p.m. a caller in the area of 4266 U.S. 70 reported a two-vehicle accident. An ambulance was dispatched.

• At 7:03 p.m. a caller in the area of Sixth Street and South Avenue B reported she was being assaulted by other female juveniles.

• At 10:03 p.m. a caller in the area of West Second Street and Avenue E requested an officer, as vicious dogs were in the area.

Thursday

• At 5:57 p.m. a caller in the 400 block of South Avenue C reported a fight in the store involving two females.

• At 9:44 p.m. a caller in the 200 block of West Maple, reported two subjects picking through the items under the carport.

Friday

• At 7:54 a.m. a caller in the 1000 block of West Second Street requested an officer in reference to a boyfriend calling the girl and threatened to show up at her place of work.

• At 8:37 a.m. a caller in the 300 block of South Avenue D reported a male subject trying to get in the house.

• At 12:47 p.m. a caller in the 1300 block of West Ivy reported stray dogs that keep being put in her yard.
