Feb. 8:

• Olivia Gutierrez, 51, pleaded guilty to a second offense of DWI, driving on a revoked license and not maintaining traffic lanes. Gutierrez was sentenced to eight days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, two years of supervised probation and $1,153 in fines and fees.

Feb. 10:

• Gregory Fuller, 47, pleaded no contest to battery, amended down from battery against a household member. Fuller was sentenced to six months of unsupervised probation and $73 in fines and fees.

Feb. 15:

• Amanda McLean, 23, pleaded guilty to criminal damage less than $1,000. The charges were deferred for six months, and McLean was sentenced to attend the ASPEN program and pay $73 in fines and fees.

• Leopoldo N. Telles, 24, pleaded no contest to public affray. The charges were deferred for six months, and Telles was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation and $73 in fines and fees.

• Javier E. Parra, 22, pleaded no contest to public affray. The charge was deferred for six months, and Parra was sentenced to six months of unsupervised probation and $73 in fines and fees.

• Robert L. Shaw, 24, pleaded no contest to public affray. The charge was deferred for six months, and Shaw was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation and $73 in court fees.

• Marissa Lovering, 18, pleaded no contest to giving a false report. Lovering was sentenced to 364 days supervised probation and $273 in fines and fees.
