Recent cases in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court, according to court documents:

Friday

• Richard Canales, born in 1987, pleaded guilty to a second offense of aggravated DWI. Canales was sentenced to eight days in jail, two years of supervised probation and $741 in fines and fees.

• Michael Pharis, born in 1976, pleaded no contest to a second offense of DWI and charges of negligent use of a weapon, driving left of center and equipment violation were dismissed as per a plea agreement. Pharis was sentenced to four days in jail, two years of supervised probation and $741 in fines and fees.

Thursday

• Adelita Garcia, born in 1981, pleaded guilty to a first offense of aggravated DWI and charges of not maintaining lanes, no insurance and open container were dismissed as per a plea agreement. Garcia was sentenced to two days in jail, 364 days of supervised probation, an extra 24 hours of community service for fines and $541 in fines and fees.

Tuesday

• Allan Wolfe, born in 1966, pleaded no contest to driving on a suspended license, no insurance, going 42 mph in a 30-mph zone and having an expired license plate sticker. Wolfe was sentenced to $264 in fees with fines deferred.

March 1

• Amando Silva-Rubio, born 1957, pleaded guilty to a first offense of DWI and charges of driving to the left of center and possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana were dismissed as per a plea agreement. Silva-Rubio was sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation and $541 in fines and fees.
