Thursday morning briefing: Free lawyers, a video game and attending to your mule

Good morning and hold on to your hat. Wind gusts of up to 60 mph are expected today. And, here’s just what you’ve been waiting for this blustery day… The Freedom New Mexico Thursday briefing.

Free lawyers

When’s the last time you talked to a lawyer for free?

That’s the promise — free legal advice from lawyers.

It’s part of a State Bar of New Mexico’s Law Day Call-In program.

But it’s only for one day — April 30 — and you have to call this number: 800-876-6227.

Open to any question — civil or criminal.

Video game of the week

Our own Jenna Zamie’s pick of the week.

Game: The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile

Genre: Beat-‘em-up

System: 360

What is it? A grimly gorgeous, violently entertaining side-scrolling beat-‘em-up.

ESRB Rating: Mature
