Stefan Kiesbye reading — 7 p.m., Golden Library on the ENMU campus. The ENMU professor and author will do a reading of his latest/second novel, Your House is on Fire, Your Children All Gone. There will be a children's reading in another room and refreshments. Information: 562-2253.

Stuff Nancy's Truck — Oct. 17-26. In the spirit of honoring Nancy Taylor's legacy, the Food Bank of Eastern New Mexico invites organizations, businesses and individuals to help "Stuff Nancy's Truck." Collection sites will be announced. Information: 763-6130.
