Last time out: The Mustangs lost at Mid America Christian 97-84 on Tuesday in Oklahoma City. ENMU lost to Missouri Southern 68-65 last Saturday in the D-II Tip Off Classic at Las Vegas, Nev.

Last meeting: The Hounds beat the Mustangs 97-83 in an exhibition game played at The Rock in Clovis.

Of note: USW, an NAIA school, is playing tonight’s game as an exhibition. … ENMU is promoting the contest as a “Green Out” game, asking all fans in attendance to wear green. The first 700 ENMU students with a valid student ID will receive a free “Green Out” T-shirt beginning 30 minutes before tipoff. … The Hounds lead the all-time series with USW 2-0, with both wins at Greyhound Arena. … Senior G Rodney Blackmon paced the Hounds with 25 points and five assists against Missouri Southern. … ENMU is 25-4 all-time in home openers since joining NCAA Division II. …The Mustangs have used the same starting lineup in all five games, but their leading scorers come off the bench — senior G Clarence Rivas (17.0 ppg) and freshman G Darius Revels (11.0). Sophomore F Brandon McKnight (10.6 ppg) is third in scoring and shares the team rebound lead with Rivas (3.8 rpg). … The Mustangs have allowed an average of 93 ppg, including three games of 97 or more. … USW was picked for 10th place in the 10-team Red River Athletic Conference.
