Fathers' Quest for Balance

Comments 0 | Recommend 0

Wake up early, try to help get the kids ready for the day ahead, drive to the office, work all day, get home late, clean the house, divvy up the household chores, have your well-deserved and much-needed sleep interrupted throughout the night by your young child, wake up early, start over again.

So is this the joy of fatherhood? Well, perhaps not exactly the way we would have drawn it up, but many men feel that this is a fairly accurate description of their daily routines.

In this Featured Report, we look at some of the trials and tribulations of working fathers, what resources exist for them, how some working dads are adjusting their work lives to fit their personal lives, how loved ones can help them and some lessons we've learned from our fathers.
