Bianca LeeAnn Gonzalez of Portales and Matthew “Mateo” R. Lopez of Artesia were joined in marriage June 15, 2007, at the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort in Ruidoso.

The Rev. Herbert Robbins performed the lake-side double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Manuel and Hilda Gonzalez of Portales. She is the granddaughter of Manuel and Isabel Ornelas of Portales and Casimiro and Luz Gonzalez of La Regina, Chihuahua, Mexico.

The bridegroom is the son of Robert and Maribel Lopez of Artesia. He is the grandson of Raul and Maria Rodriguez, and Florencio and Seferina Lopez, all of Artesia.

Man of honor was Manuel Gonzalez Jr.

Best matron was Nicolette Lopez-Tran.

Groomsmen were Daniel Hernandez, Ryan Rodriguez and Eric Lucero.

Bridesmaids were Laura Gonzalez, Natalie Lopez-Everett and Lisa Moyer-Escobedo.

Ushers were Khoi Tran and Jordan Everett. Flower girl was Nicole Gonzalez and Madison Hall. Ring bearers were Eziah Gonzalez Jr. and Nathaniel Hall.

The couple will reside in Artesia.

The bride is employed at Hermosa Elementary.

The groom is employed at Yates Petroleum.
