Summer break
Dora School ended the spring semester on Thursday. Regular classes resume Aug. 11, for the fall semester of the 2008-2009 school year.
Graduation ceremonies
Graduation ceremonies for the Dora Class of 2008 will begin at 3 p.m. today at the Dora Luscombe Gymnasium. The seniors have selected their former teacher, JoBeth Massey, who retired last year, as their commencement speaker.
Summer remediation
Parents of high school students who did not pass a class will soon receive information from Principal David Bass by mail regarding summer remediation. In order to receive credit for the failed class, students will attend classes beginning June 9 for credit recovery.
