Suddenlink to offer new service

Suddenlink will offer video on demand service programmed into their cable boxes to Clovis customers later this year, according to a Suddenlink press release.

The service offers customers more than a third of the Suddenlink movie library for free, according to the release.

 

Conservation wervice announces cut off dates for farmers

Farmers have until Oct. 17 to sign up for next year’s environmental incentive programs funded through the Farm Bill, according to a Natural Resources Conservation Service press release.

The programs pay farmers and landowners for environmental quality improvements to their farms and to develop high-quality habitat that supports wildlife populations on their land.
