Mrs. James R. Hargis, 1900 South Avenue H, has learned her son-in-law, U.S. Air Force Technical Sergeant Richard D. Tucker, has been decorated with a Bronze Star medal for his performance as an air traffic controller at Bien Thuy Air base in Vietnam. Sgt. Tucker is married to the former Elaine Hargis.
