John Meekins who was sports editor for Portales News-Tribune while attending ENMU graduated with the mid-winter class and is now with a paper in Quincy, Mass. Editor Gordon Greaves of the News-Tribune had a telephone message with the Quincy editor Monday concerning placing Meekins editor on the police department of the paper.
