The Clovis Municipal Schools board of education is holding a special meeting 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the district boardroom.

The board will meet in executive session to discuss limited personnel matters related to the position of superintendent and threatened litigation.

The meeting is closed to the public.

An agenda for the meeting may be picked up from the superintendent’s office 24 hours before the meeting.
