An Amber Alert has been issued for a 9-month old from Andrews, Texas.
The Andrews Police Department is searchng for Jesse Jaramillo Jr., and seek Jesse Jaramillo in his abduction.
Police are looking for a white 1993 Nissan Maxima with New Mexico license plates (KWF247 or KBK966).
