The following dispositions were recently filed in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court: • Steven Kowalski, 41, pleaded no contest to the charges of driving on a suspended driver’s license, was ordered to pay court fees and fines and reinstate license within 30 days. • Jessie Galvan, 21, pleaded guilty to the charges of assault upon a household member, was ordered to serve six months supervised probation, attend ASPEN program, enter into and successfully complete The MATT 25 Program, and pay court fees and fines. • Randall Day, 18, pleaded guilty to the charges of criminal trespass, and was ordered to serve 364 days unsupervised probation, attend ASPEN Program and not to enter upon the property of Eastern New Mexico University. • Rudy Coca, 20, pleaded guilty to the charges of driving under the influence of intoxicating drugs/liquor (first), minor in possession and immediate notice of accident, was ordered to serve one year supervised probation, attend ASPEN Program, complete 24 hours of community service, complete 30 hours for Minor in Possession in a program reducing DWI, have an ignition interlock device installed for a period of one year and pay court fees and fines. • Jason Newby, 24, pleaded no contest to the charges of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (second offense), was ordered to serve two years supervised probation, have an ignition interlock device installed for a period of two years, attend ASPEN Program, complete 48 hours of community service, enter into and successfully complete a 28-day in-patient, residential, or in-custody program and pay court fees and fines. • Gregory Dowdy, 38, pleaded no contest to the charges of aggravated DWI (second offense), open container and display of registration plate, was ordered to serve two years supervised probation, attend the ASPEN Program, perform 48 hours of community service, have an ignition interlock device installed on any and all vehicles for a period of two years and pay court fees and fines. • Carlos Ornelas, 25, pleaded guilty to the charge of driving on suspended driver’s license and expired registration, was ordered to pay court fees and fines and reinstate driver’s license within 30 days. • Kenny Martinez, 21, pleaded no contest to the charge of public affray, was sentenced to serve six months unsupervised probation and attend the ASPEN Program. • Tyson Holland, 23, pleaded no contest to the charge of public affray, was ordered to serve six months unsupervised probation and attend the ASPEN Program. • Jesse Kibbe, 26, pleaded no contest to the charge of public affray, was ordered to serve six months unsupervised probation and attend the ASPEN Program. • Maria Nieto, 51, pleaded no contest to the charges of driving on suspended driver’s license and was ordered to pay court fees and fines and license was reinstated. • Caleb Widener, 19, pleaded guilty to the charges of minor in possession of alcohol, was ordered to serve one year supervised probation, attend the ASPEN Program, perform 30 hours of community service in a program related to reducing the incidence of DWI and pay court fees and fines. • Ryan Craig, 18, pleaded guilty to the charges of minor in possession of alcohol, was ordered to serve one year supervised probation, attend the ASPEN Program, complete 30 hours of community service in a program related to reducing the incidence of DWI and pay court fees and fines. • Andruw Sandoval, 18, pleaded guilty to the charge of minor in possession of alcohol, was ordered to serve one year supervised probation, attend the ASPEN Program, complete 30 hours of community service in a program related to reducing the incidence of DWI and to pay court fees and fines.
