The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court: • Carlos Curley, 41, pled guilty to a probation violation and will serve 182 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center. • Donna Hernandez, 37, pled guilty to driving on a revoked license and will serve seven days in the RCDC, followed by 357 days of supervised probation. • David Cisneros, 24, was found guilty of two counts of battery and will serve 10 days in the RCDC followed by 172 days of supervised probation. • Briana Rodich, 19, was found guilty of injuring or tampering with a motor vehicle and will serve six months of supervised probation. The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse: • Johnny Carrasco, 27, was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, cocaine and possession of a controlled substance, heroin and was ordered to serve one year in the RCDC, followed by two years of supervised probation. • Johnny Carrasco, 27, was found guilty of larceny, more than $250, and will serve six months in the RCDC, followed by six months of supervised probation. The following marriage certificates were recently issued in the Roosevelt County Courthouse: • Arthur Lovato, 39, and Scarlet Bispo, 21, both of Portales. • Robert Gunter, 31, and Carolynn Jennings, 21, both of Portales. • Warren Cloven, 66, and Wanda Grammick, 54, both of Portales. • Rondall (Tony) Payne, 41, and Tesha Roach, 30, both of Portales.
