The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the magistrate court: • Esequil Cordova, 19, pled guilty to possession of marijuana less than one ounce and was ordered to pay fines. • Miguel Garcia, 49, pled guilty of aggravated driving while intoxicated (third offense) and driving left of center and will serve 90 days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center and 274 days of supervised probation. • Apolinar Ramirez, 30, pled guilty to aggravated DWI-alcohol (third offense) and driving while license revoked and will serve 97 days in the RCDC, followed by one year and 266 days of supervised probation. • Muallim Thayer, 25, pled guilty to driving on suspended driver’s license and no insurance and will serve 364 days of unsupervised probation. The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in the Roosevelt County District Court: • Trista Sena, 20, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance (fourth degree felony) and will serve 18 months of supervised probation.
