Hunter education classes offered
Hunter education classes will be offered Oct. 10-12 at the Jake Lopez Community Center in Portales. Registration will be held 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Jake Lopez Community Center.
Cost is $5. Participants must bring a copy of their birth certificate or their Social Security card. Participants age 11 or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
The classes will be held from 6-9 p.m. Oct. 10 and from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 11 and 12. Attendance of all classes is required.
