Meetings watch: Roosevelt County Commission — Sept. 6

The Roosevelt County Commission on Tuesday:
• Accepted the Dalley windmill collection, which will be used as a tourist attraction. The county is seeking donations of materials to rebuild and refurbish some of the taller windmills.
• Approved a contract for library services between Roosevelt County and the New Mexico State Library. The county budgets $500 a year for supplies and costs for the bookmobile.
• Approved an order invoking certificate of tax rates for Roosevelt County tax year 2010.
• Entered into executive session. No action was taken.
