Magistrate Court

The following dispositions have been filed in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court. According to the reports:

• Christopher Furrow, 18, entered a plea of guilty to the charge of minor in possession of alcohol. He was sentenced to one year of supervised probation, ordered to attend an ASPEN program, complete community service and pay court costs and fees.

• Trina Martine, 18, entered a plea of guilty to the charge of minor in possession of alcohol. She was sentenced to six months of supervised probation, ordered to attend an ASPEN program, complete community service and pay court costs and fees.

• Rosinas Cerda, 22, was found guilty of the charge of dogs running at large. She was sentenced to pay court costs and fees.

• Casey Saiz, 18, was found guilty of the charge of public affray. He was sentenced to six months of supervised probation, ordered to attend an ASPEN program, complete community service and pay court costs and fees.

• Teddy Blair, 19, was found guilty of the charge of criminal trespass. He was sentenced to one year of supervised probation, ordered to attend an ASPEN program, complete community service and pay court costs and fees.

• Lloyd Leonard Tivis, 30, was found guilty of the charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquors (second offense).  He was sentenced to two years of supervised probation, ordered to attend an ASPEN program, complete community service, have an ignition interlock device installed on a vehicle and pay court costs and fees.
