Francisco Munoz, 18, was found guilty of possession of marijuana under one ounce (first offense) and public affray. He was sentenced to six months of supervised probation and ordered to attend an ASPEN program and pay court costs and fees.
Felipe Lopez, 20, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (first offense). He was sentenced to one year of supervised probation and ordered to attend an ASPEN program, complete community service, have an ignition interlock device installed on a vehicle and pay court costs and fees.
Mark Spalding, 27, was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs. He was sentenced one year of supervised probation and ordered to attend an ASPEN program, complete community service, have an ignition interlock device installed on a vehicle and pay court costs and fees.
Rose Gallegos, 53, was found guilty of criminal trespass. She was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation and ordered to pay court costs and fees.
Jeremy Garcia, 26, was found guilty of driving on a suspended license and speeding. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, 357 days of supervised probation and ordered to attend an ASPEN program and pay court costs and fees.
Nettie Griffin, 47, was found guilty of driving while under the influence of intoxicating drugs. She was sentenced to one year of supervised probation and ordered to attend an ASPEN program, complete community service, have an ignition interlock device installed on a vehicle and pay court costs and fees.
