April 28
• Eric J. Sandoval, 22, pleaded no contest to charges of possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and possession of drug paraphernalia and the court, making no adjudication of guilt, found him guilty on charges of open container, no insurance and expired registration. He was sentenced to attend an ASPEN program and pay court costs and fees.
April 29
• J.B. Kinser, 36, was found guilty of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (third offense), no insurance and improper lane usage on one-way. The defendant was sentenced to 90 days in jail, three years of supervised probation, ordered to attend an ASPEN program, have an ignition interlock device installed on a motor vehicle, complete 96 hours of community service, and ordered to pay court costs and fees.
• Justin Rolan, 20, was found guilty on charges of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (first offense) and was sentenced to one year of supervised probation, ordered to attend an ASPEN program, have an ignition interlock device installed on a motor vehicle and pay court costs and fees.
April 30
• Zachary Vigil, 19, was found guilty on charges of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (first offense) and minor in possession. He was sentenced to one year of supervised probation, ordered to attend an ASPEN program, to have an ignition interlock device installed on a motor vehicle, complete 24 hours of community service and pay court costs and fees.
