Magistrate Court

The following dispositions have been filed in the Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:



• Charles M. Lopez, 22, pled guilty to charges of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs (first offense). He was sentenced to one year of supervised probation, ordered to attend an ASPEN program, complete community service, have an ignition interlock device installed on his vehicle and pay court costs and fees.


• Dagoberto Navarro, 22, pled guilty to charges of concealing identity, driving on suspended/revoked license and speeding 65 in a 55 mile per hour zone. He was sentenced to 182 days of supervised probation, was ordered to attend an ASPEN program and pay court costs and fees.


• Leroy Juan Salaz, 52, pled guilty to charges of shoplifting $250 or less and tampering with evidence. He was sentenced to 182 days of supervised probation and was ordered to pay court costs and fees.
