The driver and one passenger of the 1998 Ford Taurus were taken to Roosevelt General Hospital after rolling over at about 2:45 p.m., according  to Roosevelt County Sheriff Darren Hooker. He said James Linker Jr., 18, of Portales was driving west on N.M. 267 when he turned south on to South Roosevelt Rd. U. The car skidded on gravel and lost control. No one was seriously injured, and Hooker said he doesn’t expect to issue any citations.
