Eastern New Mexico University junior Shane Vigil Puts up a Wagon Wheel tailgate sign outside of Eddy Hall Thursday afternoon. The Greyhounds host West Texas A&M Saturday in the annual Wagon Wheel football game. A preview of the game will be available in Saturday's Portales New-Tribune.
