BILLINGS, Mont. — Montana State-Billings’ Kari Foreman scored on a rebound shot from in front of the Eastern New Mexico University net about midway through the opening half Sunday, and the Yellowjackets went on to a 3-0 women’s soccer victory over the Zias.

Foreman’s goal gave Billings the lead, and the Yellowjackets (2-1) tacked on second-half goals by Amy Remsberg and Melissa Carlson.

The teams played evenly in the first half, each getting off four shots, but Billings posted an 8-2 margin in shot attempts in the second stanza.

The Zias (0-3) open the home portion of their schedule with an 11 a.m. matchup against Colorado Christian on Friday.
