Rod Savage, vocational agriculture instructor at Portales High School, was named best agriculture teacher in New Mexico by the state Agricultural Education Teachers Association during their July 20-Aug.t 3 conference in Albuquerque, according to Portales news archives. Hospital to help smokers quit
