According to the Portales Tribune, a local contracting firm has been awarded $25,000 in contracts for construction work at the Clovis Air Base with work scheduled to start in the near future. The contracts were awarded to Ison and McCrary of Portales for work in remodeling buildings in the hospital area of the Clovis base.
